Talent Logistx (TLX) is an Indiana-based next-generation staffing company built around a single expertise: rapid-response, on-demand recruiting for the skilled trades. TLX has historically served multiple industries — it is our ability to leverage rapid-response recruiting for high-growth industries and rapid-response scenarios, including catastrophic disasters, that defines us. Our focus is now turned to data centers, recognizing the importance of these facilities and the opportunity to bring our ecosystem model to an industry desperately looking for next-generation solutions for sustainable staffing. TLX is an Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) member. TLX places credential-tiered field technicians — L1 Field Trainee, L2 Field Technician, and L3 Field Lead — into live, mission-critical environments for data center clients nationwide through peer-endorsed hiring.
